Ingredients
Fresh Broccoli | 4 cups
Diced Apple Grn/Red | 2 cup
Raisins | ¼ cup
Shredded Carrots | 1 cup
Sliced Red Onion | ½ cup
Plain Yogurt | 1/8 cup
Mayo | 1/3 cup
Apple cider Vinegar | 1 tsp
Honey | 1 Tbsp
Salt and Pepper | To taste
Directions
Mix yogurt, mayo, vinegar, and honey. Season to taste and set aside.
Chop the head of broccoli, separating the florets from the stems. Peel the stem, removing the outer layer, and then slice the stems thin.
In a large bowl, add the florets, sliced stems, diced apples, raisins, shredded carrots, and sliced red onions.
Add yogurt and mayo mixture to the veggies and fruits.
Note: Age group 1-5 years old. Children under one year old do not serve honey. Remove sweetener.
