Banana Wrap with Date Spread Recipe

Ingredients
HM Date Spread
Milk | 1 cup
Dates, pitted | 1 cup
Cocoa Powder | ¼ cup
Vanilla | 1 tsp
Honey | 1 Tbsp
Salt | pinch
Remaining Ingredients
Bananas, medium | 8 whole
Whole Wheat Tortilla | 4 each
Directions
HM Date Spread
In a small pot, warm up milk and dates until milk is hot and dates are softened.
Let milk and dates cool, then pour into a blender and add cocoa powder, vanilla, honey, and salt.
Blend until smooth; taste for sweetness. Add more honey or milk if needed.
Wrap
On a flat, clean surface, lay the tortilla flat and spread a thin layer of homemade chocolate date spread (1 Tbsp).
Peel and place 2 bananas across the long length of the tortilla. Roll the tortilla tightly. Repeat steps 1 & 2 for all 4 tortillas.
Cut each tortilla in half, and then cut halves into smaller bite-size pieces.
