Peach Pie Ice Cream Recipe

Ingredients


  • Cottage Cheese | 1 cups

  • Bananas | 4.5 cups

  • Peaches (frozen) | 3 cups

  • Vanilla Extract | ½ tsp

  • Honey | 2 Tbsp


Directions


  1. Place the cottage cheese, honey, peaches (frozen), and bananas in a high-speed blender or food processor and blend until it's silky smooth.

  2. Transfer the mixture into one or multiple freezer-safe containers and freeze for at least 4-5 hours, preferably overnight. Allow to thaw for 15 minutes before scooping. Optional: Top with crumbled graham cracker. Note: Do not serve honey to children under one-year-old; remove sweetener for infants.
